Our team of expert bakers and pâtissiers have been lovingly creating sumptuous cakes, desserts and bread rolls for over 40 years – stirring, mixing and kneading some of the world’s finest ingredients to create delicious cakes and perfect puddings for freezers across the globe.

Coppenrath & Wiese is known for outstanding quality. Among others that means product safety ensured by the careful selection of raw materials as well as following high and strict quality standards throughout the production process. Quality assurance takes place at all stages of the product’s life.

Made with expertise, care and delicious ingredients, once our desserts are finished, they are immediately sent into a natural ‘deep frozen’ sleep – to lock in the freshness and fantastic taste. All of our cream desserts and bakery products are crafted to taste as good as home-made – that’s why you will not find any artificial colours, flavourings or hydrogenated fats.
